Es sind 11 Sprachen, die in den Entscheidungs- und Abstimmungsprozessen im Europäischen Parlament für 15 Länder sprechen.
Deren Stimmen werden aus einer Versammlung von Mikrophonen wiedergegeben, abgestrahlt. Sprache oszilliert zwischen Klang und Bedeutung.
Der Prolog der Störche zeichnet den Prolog der Abgeordneten. In nunmehr zwölf Amtssprachen wird Atem geholt zwischen den Übersetzungen.
Der Atem dringt durch und verweht, der Kurs ist verzeichnet im Logbuch des Protokolls. Im Wechselsprechgesang abstimmender Stimmen weht ein Gleichnis in Schallbildern aus dem Mundraum Europa.

There are 11 languages that speak for 15 countries in the decision-making and voting processes in the European Parliament.
Speech issues from upturned microphones on the neck of tripods positioned to shape assemblies. The prologue of these Storks records the prologue of the parliamentarians. Between translations, breaths are drawn in eleven languages. The breathing makes itself heard and then drifts away. In this antiphonal speech chanting of voting voices, a metaphor of sound images is exuded from the mouth of Europe, “Contract Tendencies” in „European Drawings“.
